Our Eaton quality is made on a traditional handloom by weaving two sets of threads: warp (vertical threads) and weft (horizontal threads). The loom secures the warp as the weavers manually guide the shuttle across the loom with a pedal — this process interlocks the weft, which creates individual tufts. While entirely crafted by hand, hand-loomed rugs take the shortest time to produce.
